My credentials
I've been coaching leaders for nearly 5 years, after a long career in school leadership. I hold an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. I have completed my Coaching Supervision Course at Oxford Brookes University International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies and I'm now offering supervision services to coaches, as I move towards the certification stage of my course (this is reflected in the introductory prices).​
My approach to supervision
My supervision is infused with my core values of empowerment, compassion and creativity. As you navigate the challenges that are emerging in your practice as a coach, it's great to have a partnership with a supervisor who can help you to see more, make new discoveries and develop your skills and presence.

I adopt a pluralistic approach to supervision, in that my offering welcomes coaches working within different traditions and methodologies.​

The EMCC supervision guidelines recommend that coaches engage in 4 hours of supervision per year. Regular supervision helps ensure that coaches are delivering their best work in the service of their clients and their organisations and stakeholders. I am guided by the 'Global Code of Ethics' in my work as a coach and supervisor.
