About me

About me

My name is Helen Tarokh, but for nearly 30 years, I’ve been best known as Mrs Tarokh, teacher then headteacher. I am now utilising my coaching skills, after leaving my headteacher role and achieving a Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

How can I help you?

Through coaching, I can help you to become more confident and effective in your leadership role and have greater clarity on your strategy, vision and values. I can help you re-orientate and find your direction when you have lost your focus and motivation.

"I have found the opportunity to discuss challenges in a confidential environment extremely valuable.. I have started to feel more focused in my working life"

Jenny (Headteacher)

Why Me?

I will help you to draw out your personal strengths and style, rather than moulding you to my experience. I have strong emotional agility, listening and questioning skills to enable this. My core values are empowerment, compassion and creativity.

I know how difficult and lonely it can be at times to be a leader, and have learned through experience strategies to manage stress and maximise productivity.

I create a safe, reflective space where clients can speak freely, focus on personal growth and professional development and gain a fresh perspective.

"Knowing I am talking to someone who has dealt with similar things is hugely beneficial. The quality of the listening is appreciated – I really feel like I am seen and heard without judgement. The quality of empathy is very tangible. "

Dominic Martin (Headteacher)
